  • Website Design & Development: We’ll design and build your website with love. We ask for 50% of the payment upfront to kick things off, and the rest is due just before we hit the launch button.
  • Mentoring Support Programmes: Get monthly support and guidance from us. We bill this in advance each month, so please make sure payment is in before the start of each month.
  • Sales & Marketing Audits: We dive deep into your sales and marketing strategies. This service is paid upfront because we want to give you our full attention and insights.
  • Workshops: Join us for a hands-on workshop tailored to your needs. Payment is required upfront to secure your spot.

2. Payment Details

Here’s how we handle payments:

  • Website Design & Development: Pay 50% of the total fee as a deposit to get started. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before we go live with your site.
  • Mentoring Support Programmes: Payments are monthly and need to be received before each new month begins.
  • Sales & Marketing Audits: We require full payment before starting the audit.
  • Workshops: Full payment is needed upfront to book your place.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and why:

  • Website Design & Development: Deposits are typically non-refundable. This is because the deposit helps cover initial planning and resource allocation. If you need to cancel after making the final payment, we may retain fees for work completed up to that point.
  • Mentoring Support Programmes: Payments for the current month are generally non-refundable. This is to ensure we can manage our resources effectively and provide consistent support. You can cancel at any time, and we’ll stop future charges.
  • Sales & Marketing Audits: Payments are generally non-refundable. This is because the audit requires substantial preparation and analysis, which we invest time and resources in upfront.
  • Workshops: Payments are generally non-refundable, but if you can’t attend, we’re happy to transfer your booking to another person. This policy helps us cover preparation and resource costs.

4. What We Need from You

To get the best results, we’ll need your cooperation. Please provide all the necessary information and access promptly so we can get to work and meet our deadlines.

5. Who Owns What

All the creative work and materials we produce are ours until you’ve paid in full. Once we’ve received your payment, the rights are yours to keep.

6. Our Liability

We strive to deliver top-notch service, but in case something goes awry, our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid for the specific service in question. We won’t be liable for any indirect or unexpected losses.

7. Keeping It Confidential

We value your privacy and will keep all shared information confidential. We expect the same from you.
